Take the 405 North to the 5 North, exit at Magic Mountain Parkway, turning right at the offramp. Proceed two or three miles and turn Left on McBean Parkway. Proceed another two or three miles and turn Left on Newhall Ranch Road, then a Right on Dickason Drive, then a quick left on Smyth Drive. You'll make a left into the Parking Lot.  Another option is to exit on the 5 North at the newly opened Newhall Ranch Road, which now conveniently pushes all the way through to Rye Canyon Blvd.  Make a Left turn, then a quick Right on Smyth Drive.  You'll be turning Right into the parking lot.

Valencia Ice Station is home to the Valencia Express, California Heat and Junior A Valencia Flyers (and formerly the Southern California Vipers and Southern California Titans).  Ice Station is living proof that $25 million can buy a lot of comfort.  This state-of-the-art facility houses two sheets of ice and a small pond rink. No amenity was forgotten: large locker rooms with individual stalls, full service pro shop & restaurant, large upstairs arcade, even water bottle filling stations. Ice Station recently opened a little sports bar in just off it's banquet room behind the snack bar.  Visitors can now enjoy watching sporting events on a big screen HDTV while sipping the suds.  Ice Station also offers free WIFI access - as you can see, it's a real Taj Mahal in the Santa Clarita Valley - hopefully the owners can adequately service the facility's debt so teams can enjoy coming here for years to come. You can find dozens of restaurants in the surrounding area, or if you want, go to Six Flags Magic Mountain.  A+++ all around.
